sexless in the city

THE FRIEND ZONE…..who hasnt been in that box from time to time. i personally love being in relationships, and avoid the friend zone at all cost!!! i recently rekindled an old friendship with this guy i met about 5 years ago. we had one of those mysterious on and off for no damn reason at all kinda relationships. after seeing him last week, i said to myself, damn he could potentially be a fit. we laugh, joke, and enjoy many of the same things. the only thing is now im trapped in the friend zone. how did we get here again u ask??? who the hell knows. one minute were hugging and kissing, and doing the grown up and 2 days later its “i dont think we should do anything like that anymore, lets just watch movies and relax and enjoy eachothers company” i’m saying to myself, this guy is either really gay, or he got me right where he wants me….by the ovaries!!! how do i escape??? can i escape??? or will i have to deal with being sexless in the city?!

wasnt worth a damn!!

so im rocking that single girl swag again. I’ve been left at the alter plenty of times. something about commiment that makes men cringe inside. monogamy isnt that bad, honestly!!! why is this world afraid to commit?? we cant commit to a wireless carrier, a partner, or a bar of soap!!! we love options and we love our options to have options as well. for once in my life i just want someone i can stand still with. smh not in this lifetime…..they just dont make men the way they used to
